Adding / Managing Users on Your Account

This article will explain how to add and manage the role of your users on your account using the Optiweigh Client Portal.

To add/manage users, you must have 'Owner' permissions.

Adding Users

Open and login to the Optiweigh Client Portal. In the top right corner select 'Account'.

Then select 'Manage Accounts'.

Then click 'Add User'.

Fill out the fields and choose the role you would like the person to have.

You have three options for a role with different permissions for each.  Please see the photo below with role permissions for each.

Manage Users

In the 'Manage Accounts' section you can manage each login in their respective card.

You can only add and manage account users using the online client portal
